Warranty Policy

Warranty is not one fixed package for every machine. It is confirmed per equipment at the time of quotation.

  • Per equipment basis: Warranty period and coverage (if any) are stated in your quotation for that specific model — not as a blanket site-wide promise.
  • What we clarify in the quote: Whether a limited functional warranty applies, its duration, and what is included or excluded.
  • Condition dependent: Coverage depends on the unit’s age, prior use, parts availability and the checks completed before sale.
  • Written confirmation: Only terms written in your quotation / WhatsApp confirmation apply. Verbal estimates are not final.
  • Exclusions (typical): Consumables, misuse, unauthorized repair, power issues, transport damage after handover, and wear parts — unless your quotation says otherwise.
  • New vs refurbished: Brand-new units may carry manufacturer or supplier terms; refurbished units follow the refurbished terms in your quotation.

Always ask us to confirm warranty in writing when you request a quotation for a refurbished unit.

SUPPORT

After-Sales Service

After-sales support is also arranged separately for each equipment — based on model, location and your facility’s needs.

  • Per equipment plan: Installation, training, response time and paid service visits are defined for that machine in the quotation, not as one global package.
  • Installation: Available on request for suitable systems (OT, ICU, imaging, etc.), subject to site readiness and agreement in the quotation.
  • Technical guidance: Basic operational guidance and troubleshooting advice during the agreed support window.
  • Parts & repair: Where parts are available in the market, we help source or coordinate repair — costs and timelines confirmed case by case.
  • Service areas: Primary coverage Lahore & Gujrat; other cities in Pakistan on request and as logistics allow.
  • What to mention in your enquiry: City, preferred installation date, and whether you need training or ongoing AMC-style support for that unit.

There is no single after-sales package for all products. Each refurbished (and new) unit gets its own support terms in the quotation.

No. Warranty is confirmed per equipment in your quotation. Some units may have a limited functional period; others are sold with clear “as inspected” terms only.

Is after-sales service included automatically?

Can I request installation outside Lahore / Gujrat?
